The Proton 1100 Degaussing Wand provides an economical solution for those requiring NSA/CSS approved degaussing but have small quantities of media to process. The 1100 is NSA evaluated is environmentally friendly and meets or exceeds the specifications for Secure Erasure of Hard Disk Drives, both longitudinal and perpendicular, and other flat magnetic media as established by the U.S. Department of Defense and the National Security Agency.
